Wild & Free Coffee Bar is a great addition to any event! Below are the outlined packages we offer. Pricing is based on number of guests for two hours and varies per package. All include set up and clean-up.
*Self serve package for under 50 guests is available for -$50 off base package price.
Base Package
Coffee Bar Drip & Cold Brew Only - includes the following. Eco friendly cups, choice of two coffee blends, two flavored syrups,1/2 & 1/2, signature sweet cream, sugar and 1 attendant.

- 101-150 Guests $375
- 151-200 Guests $500
- 201-300 Guests $750 * extra attendant required for add $25/hr
Camper Base Package
Coffee Bar Drip & Cold Brew Only- includes the following. Vintage mobile camper, Eco friendly cups, choice of two coffee blends, two flavored syrups ,1/2 & 1/2, signature sweet cream, sugar and 2 attendants.

- 201-300 Guests $900 * extra attendant required for add $25/hr
Deluxe Camper Package
Curated Event Menu! Espresso, Hot & Iced Drinks available! Vintage mobile camper, Eco friendly cups, 3-5 specialty drink menu and 2 attendants.
- 1-100 Guests $500
- 101-150 Guests $675
- 151-200 Guests $850
- 201-300 Guests $1200 * extra attendant required for add $25/hr
* All packages include 2 hours each additional Hour is $100 per/hr
*Tea service add on for an additional $50
* Any distance over an hour away from 44857 is $125/hr for travel.
